Just got back from one hell of a hectic day. Rushing from one corner to the other corner of this busy lil box that seemed to be filled with cars and more cars. Finally, I have gotten one assignment settled and well, 5 more to go! *yay!
Yes, it was sarcasm. :) So anyway, as usual, a facebook addict I am, I logged into my account and started browsing thru my friend's profile. As i was looking at my junior's profile, this beautiful poem caught my attention.
Initially, I was about to copy and paste right here, but I wouldn't wanna get charged for plagiarism or sth. The poem basically tells her how much he missed her on her birthday, her smile, rather everything about her. And how lonely he felt not having her around. (I am guessing he's prolly a thousand miles away from her).
Upon reading this, I felt a dash of jealousy emerge from inside me. I was hoping someone would write me a love poem, a short one would do, just to let me know how much I meant to him. It's not the expensive presents or exquisite luxurious dinner that matter. It is what a particular someone does in the smallest bit of manner simply to let you know u came across his mind and all he could wish now is to be there right now with u. Absolute mind-blowing! All I can do, is just wish. And rejoice in the fact that I still have the romantic side in me.
